I keep getting an error message when I post; You need to be voiced to to post or omething like that.... How can I post?

In the #ActiveTrader channel we keep it moderated during the day whcih means that only people who are members of the chat room can speak... we periodically enable people who can't throughout the day.
We do this because occassionally we will be attacked by flooders and spammers.
